On the day of arrival, the apartments are at your disposal from 2 p.m. Please inform us in the case of a later arrival. On the day of departure, we ask our guests to vacate the apartments from 10 am.

In the case of late arrival or early departure you will be charged for the days booked. In the case of late departure, you will be charged for the additional days of your stay.

Final cleaning fee: a €30 flat rate per apartment; additional cleaning during the stay is possible on request and will be charged separately.

On request, we will provide guests with the following objects necessary for small children: crib, high chair, car seat. A babysitting service is available on request.

0- 2,99 years: free of charge
3 – 9,99 years: €5 per day
10 - 14,99 years: €10 per day
from 15 years on: €15 per day

Clean pet dogs are allowed by prior arrangement. Cost: €5 per day, food not included. Dog owners are responsible for any damage to the furniture.

Please note that all the rooms of our holiday farm are reserved for non-smokers and smoking is prohibited throughout the entire house.

To make your reservation effective you must pay a deposit of €100 per apartment, per week. In case of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit will be retained (see "Booking Cancellations"). It is not possible to pay by Bancomat, credit card or check, but only by advance bank transfer or cash payment on the spot.

EU citizens can pay in cash up to a maximum of €2,999. For non-EU citizens it is possible to pay even higher amounts in cash. In the case of late arrival or early departure, an amount equal to 100% of the booked stay will be charged.

Conditions for the cancellation of reservations according to Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code: the Italian legislation of the Consumer Code does not impose any right to cancel a reservation. However, we reserve the following conditions for the cancellation of reservations for our guests, according to Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code: For booking cancellations up to 8 weeks prior to the beginning of the booked stay, we will refund the deposit paid with a management fee of €25. In the case of cancellation within 8 weeks prior to the beginning of the booked stay, the deposit will be retained in full. If it is not possible to rent the apartment booked, the cancellation of the stay 4 weeks before its start will entail a charge equal to 50% of the cost of the stay, and the cancellation 1 week before will entail a charge equal to 80% of the cost. In the case of cancellation without notice (No-Show) we will charge 100% of the booked stay.

We provide our guests with a special service and the possibility to prevent unnecessary costs by offering a cancellation insurance for the booked holiday.
